Fair enough. I am excited to see what Dunlap can do. If Payne and Levin are on this team, we need to be an exciting ass program the year after this. Otherwise, we need to get a new Athletic Director.

It will be interesting to compare how Jackie Davis and Alex Gorski will do at their respective schools compared to Humphries. In regards to the time line Humphries seems like was the back up option to davis and Gorski. But Humphries could end up being a better player when it's all said and done- thats is makes recruiting so important to a program.

Iron/roar, you're assuming that Dunlap didn't want both Gorski and Humphries. I'm not making that assumption. With Stover gone and rumors of another, there was clear room for both.

One thing to note about recruiting JUCOs...he basically only has two years of eligibility. So this tell us that he'll probably play a lot of minutes.
If Payne is sticking around (Who knows now with his friends leaving) and Egbeyemi is coming back, then we have a 3 SG jam on the team next year. We'll probably go with a PG (from the Burns backcourt tryout), 2 SG (Payne and Deji) Levin (if he stays) and a body at center. If C.J is also leaving, then we'll have a bench spearheaded by 24-year old Chase Flint coming off a broken foot, this 23- year old Humphries kid, and whoever is left on the bench.
I hope this kid is ready to play. I read an article that he basically had a green light. The team scored over 100 points a game. I also saw that he was a first team player as a freshman and then there is a gap year (did he get hurt?) and then this year where he was third team all-american.

Fryer - great to see Wyatt on your list. I was wondering if he had de-committed like he 3 others. We definitely need to Levin and Payne to stay. As for the mystery signed recruit at point guard, I am intrigued as to whether this is Devin Watson or another foregin or JC player. My guess is it is a European. Not an ounce of info - just reading the tea leaves and sensing that his where Dunlap figured have to best possibility of bringing in a seasoned player. Having said that, would love to see Watson join the Lions. There is an ease to his game that would be fun to watch.

I wouldn't fret over stover or blackwell. They are losses don't get me wrong. I've talked about their talent before, but both of those players were painfully inconsistent.
If we hear any wavering from Payne and Levin then I'll be concerned. ....
I'm hoping maybe that means Maleke Haynes (not sure if that was a good recruit)he would be a great pass first point guard.

RE: Siame...
He is one I am not 100% sure about honestly..
Re: 2 recruits... more i read about the pg and the sf/pf... the more intigued i become. On each country's u20 and u19 national team respectively. PG averaged 13p/6 reb/ 7 assts for his countries u20 national team.. and his highlights show him as a creative playmaker .. another a 6'10 sf/pf with great footwork and a shot out to the 3 point line.

Exciting news - thanks for the updates! Aussielion - you did bring us good luck - are you Humphries or a close relative? (rhetorical question, no need to answer) TheRecruiter - welcome to the board and thanks for your insights.
slb - I think Flint broke his elbow on a bad fall in a late season game or was it his foot?
