Cal State Fullerton Titans – Part IISince losing early to the Lions at Gersten (79-74 on Nov 6), the Titans have gone on to post a 6 – 1 record. Their only loss was to Washington (69-87) of the Pac 12 last Sunday. Wins included Pacific (77-76), San Diego (67-55), Southern Utah (80-66), Nevada (75-66), Cal State Dominguez Hills (88-56), and Seattle (87-69). Scoring leaders: 01 Tre’ Coggins G 6’2” 185 JR 16.1 ppg 11 Malcolm Brooks G 6’5” 185 SR 14.6 14 Khalil Ahmad G 6’4” 185 FR 10.9 10 Lanerryl Johnson G 6’1” 165 SR 9.6 02 Lionheart Leslie G 5’10” 165 JR 9.3 00 Kyle Allman G 6’3” 170 FR 5.1 15 Jamar Akoh F 6’7” 240 SO 4.0 Their top 6 scorers are guards. To me, it seems we have an advantage with our inside size – a claim we usually cannot make. But this opponent is getting used to winning and they are on home court. Another nail biter I’m afraid. Gametime: Saturday, Dec 12, 6 pm at Fullerton. TV/Video: None (try the Tital website for possible video) fullertontitans.com/sports/m-baskbl/2015-16/schedule

I think Haney just had the best 90 seconds of the season.

Points? We don't need no stinkin points!
Great night. Marin back on; Herman playing strong. Stellar second half for Haney who more than lived up to his hype. I especially liked the energy coming out after half time obviously sparked by Haney's efforts.
Got "some" of the game on KXLU. If the technical aspects of KXLU are handled by students, they should be flunked and their instructors should be tortured then shot.

Not to mention their halftime commentary.
Game was on Titan website - video was pretty good.
I guess Herman is a keeper after all.

Mornar, Haney, and Herman all with arguably their best games of the season. Really like what I'm seeing, spiers has kind of disappeared but hopefully he can keep contributing by making a couple 3s per game. Hopefully this builds some confidence for Herman too.

Herman just needs to be tougher on the boards and in establishing post position, he's big, pretty good athlete, and has nice touch on his shot, just needs to figure out how to put it all together.

Where is Slblions? - yea boy you are right, that Haney really, really sucks
Let me see...."Over hyped" - "Not a Division I player" - "the Scholly was a favor for his Dad" - "big disappointment"
It is amazing the forum social media has afforded ignorance. Maybe do you homework next time before slamming and popping off on 19/20 year old KIDS. Haney is from Michigan, where he was a big time player on the Adidas circuit and at one point in the top 50 in the country on Rivals. Kids don't come out of Detroit/Flint/Lansing with his pedigree, wind up at a school like LMU and deserve after one or two games to get killed like he did from his own "fan" base. Kid was offered by Oklahoma State, Iowa State, South Florida, UCF, Xavier - All high majors
For those who saw Haney on the national AAU circuit drop 40+ regularly against hi-major Division I kids, tonight was not a matter of if, but a matter of when. Good TEAM win, but maybe a few people on this message board can own up.
Maybe with some support, kids like Mornar, Haney, Brown, Jacko can get LMU basketball back to where we all want it to be...Go Lions.

Positive signs-we are either winning or covering the spread against teams we used to get blown out by.
