The Broncos are having a bit of a down year but are a competitive team. Their wins came against Jackson State and Saint Bonaventure. One loss was to Creighton (82-94) who gave the Zags a good game this year.
Last year the Broncos beat the Lions by 20 points in Gersten (68-48); they were led by Chandler Hutchison who was a first-round draft selection of the Chicago Bulls. The Broncos had an excellent team last year, logging 23 wins and earning an NIT bid, where they lost a close game (77-74) to Washington in the first round.
The Broncos have games with Central Washington, Alabama State and Oregon before coming to Gersten.
Gametime: Wednesday, Dec 19, 7 pm in Gersten.
