I would love to go see this game, but I can not attend. Lets hope we can play some consistent ball for 40 mins and cut down on the turnovers.

I also would like to go to this game but cannot due to class. Hopefully we'll get a score update on the board because it looks like gametracker may be banned in the pyramid or maybe LB has it's own gametime tracker.
LB has been pretty disastrous this season but has been improving. I saw their game against Washington I think and they did well in the second half but fell apart with minutes left. Should be interesting. Go Lions! Would be a good win if we can get it on the road.
The line of +5 for us I think is mostly just an indication that both our squads are rebuilding and have been pretty bad but they get the edge because homesite advantage. We've won away before we can do it again.

We might be one of the only teams in America who is playing better away than at home

NASA, we have a problem Something is terribly wrong. This ship is erratic. The coach better rectify this soon or we may be seeing a very empty GP for conference. I will not go as far as alert2, but if we finish with less than 5 wins this season it may be a tough off-season for the AD on Rodney's future. I somehow give RT the benefit of the doubt due to his success in his first season when orchestrating a major turn around in the 2nd half of the season and the WCC run. Also, last year he proved that he could motivate players and coach them to wins over top conference oppenents such as Gonzaga and Santa Clara without Brandon Worthy. This year, it doesn't seem like the young guys know how to step it up. However, I attribute the poor results in the first four games due to Rodney. He kept switching the line up and only giving players about 4 minutes on the court at a time. There were constant substitution going on throughout the game and no time to gel. You would think he could get the starting line up down (or at least 4 of the 5 positions) before the second or third game. It was clearly obvious that his initial mix was not gelling or getting it done. I like the starting line for the last couple of games though. It is the best we have at this point. Let's hope we are respectable against Boise State.

Players got to play hard everynight, not one night and then not show up the next night.

Confusion Reigned again. I don't understand Rodney's offense and clearly neither does his team.
There was absolutely no pass into the big men again. The whole offense is "attempted 3 pointers". When the big men do get the ball its from a forced pass into 3 defenders. Where are the post plays? I don't see any!! Rodney do we have any post plays?? Deitrich got only 2 looks again, and scored both times. Seems if you get the ball to him 10 times he'll make 20 points, if only. Same with Marko although we had a bad case of the drop pass disease tonight also. Rodney needs an offensive set that matches these guys level of play. He needs to get his guys to confidence very soon or the whole season will be lost.
OJ , unfortunately, is as bad a defensive player as he is good as an offensive player. Every LB rally was off OJ's guy shaking OJ for a clear jumper or layup under the basket. His net is zero as his scoring is offset by his poor defense. Hello coaches, anyone there to help this freshman learn to defend??
Lastly Deadwiler has improved greatly and Corey is solid, but both still have to learn to keep the ball safe and to stop picking up their dribbles. Q Turner should be renamed Q Turnover. He's not quite ready for D-1 ball. Maybe next year he'l l get it. Too bad I know Rodney was counting on his point play.
Ziri made a few mistakes but he is the leader of the team. When he plays well the whole team plays well. Coach benched him for most of the game and his steadiness was missed. But john has to make better decisions while leading this team. Frankly he's the only one that can trigger a comeback within this group. because he plays bigger that 6'2" and is our best defender, and creates rally starting turn-overs with his defense.
These guys should be much better by now, this was the 9th game of the season. They instead are confused and hesitant. Reminds me of Aggers tenure.

"I am at a loss for words. I told them I am not sure what to say," said Tention. "We lack mental toughness. When we get down, we don't fight right now." Time to hit the bottle for IronLions. What a disgrace.

Unfortunately, I wish the circumstances were better on the viewpoint we agree upon. Come on Lions, lets go and focus on consistency game in game out. Just fyi....Deadwiler is definitely the most improved player on the court thus far this year. I'm impressed so far.
