Stan knows SoCal very well. Can’t wait to see what the 2021 class brings!

Saw him play vs my high school (St. Francis) in the playoffs last month. He has a very high ceiling.

we are looking at a different class of recruits compared to Dunlap. How refreshing.

Unlikely that we are going to get any of these top guys (they all have offers from major schools) but at least we are taking a shot. We already have more recruiting action for the class of 2021 than we did for all of 2020 and 2019. This is already giving me confidence that we are going to start to see a few more Eli and Damean's in the next couple classes. Still think class of 2020 is going to be almost impossible, but class of 2021 looks really promising.

I love the activity we are showing right now. I also agree with the fact that regardless of whether or not we do land this level of recruit we should be putting ourselves into these conversations so that we can work our way up the ladder.
Like I mentioned earlier the positions that worry me the most are PG and Center. Bringing Markusson back would be huge and it would really open us up to take chances on wing players. I'd love to see us have a true floor general with some serious size in the frontcourt.
I have no clue how things are going to play out but this aggressiveness is exactly what we need out of the new coach. I can't wait to see what impact transfers we begin to seriously talk to.

Any one or two of these guys would be a game changer for the Lions

In previous posts, I've talked about recruiting the Los Angeles first, then filling in with JC, grad transfers and international players...These are exactly the type of players I've been posting about, 3*, under the rader 2* and if we can, some 4* players. The staff is off to an excellent start in identifying these players, building a relationship and offering them...hopefully if one or two commit it'll start a snowball effect with others coming along. If we lock up Los Angeles, we'll definitely be a formidable team

Looks like they made another offer today to Wayne McKinney, PG out of Oregon.
