Not so fast alert. Tention will mix it up. Get QT out of the point, he gets eaten alive every time he steps on the wood. We also cannot then rely on walkon Counts to win us games. Corey's played big before but not consistent and we've got other players who can step in. With a more able PG will see the offense improve. We need to win this. GOLIONS

the St. Bonaventure game is going to be pretty telling. Were we really that bad of a team or was it just an off night? I think we will find out after this game. I don't expect us to win but I do expect us to be more effective with our offense. Here is to a better showing for the lions. Cheers!

Not much of a scouting report but so far the bonnies are 2-1. First of those wins is against D2 Slippery Rock. An unremarkable program. A loss to Boston University followed by a second convincing win over Binghamton 97-80. Bings was picked to finish 4th in its weak conference. It was the Head Coach's first official win with the program. gobonnies.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/stbo-m-baskbl-body.htmlI think it is important we leave New Mexico with a win. SBU is an option but the team won't give up a win easy. Go Lions!

The game against the Bonnies will be a good show of the state of the Lions. I'm hoping some adjustments have been made, and we show more spirit and fight. I hope the young Lions don't look ahead to the gave vs the Lobos in the Pit. That is one of the toughest places to play in college basketball.
Let's Go Lions!

I hope the young Lions don't look ahead to the gave vs the Lobos in the Pit. Every game is a battle. If players still think they can just roll over a competition then seriously they haven't learned anything after three big losses. We have no reason to overlook any opponent now.

Remember the game is early. 4pm I think! I almost forgot. Still gives us time to hit the bars tonight in celebration or misery.

Tried looking through the NMU website and couldn't find anything other than PPV videocast of the home team vs others. Here is NMU's press release. golobos.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/111407aaa.htmlI do not like this part. Which team has had the scariest season so far? PARTICIPANTS INFO New Mexico is 2-0 after bashing Eastern Washington 92-57 Monday in the home opener. Presbyterian was 0-1 entering a Wednesday night game at Radford. The Blue Hose lost at Nebraska 67-52 last Friday.
St. Bonaventure is 1-1 with a 68-57 loss at Boston University and a 97-80 victory over Binghamton on Monday. Loyola Marymount is 0-2 after losses to Cal Irvine (74-61) and Arkansas-Little Rock (71-40). Our release lmulions.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/111507aab.html

Halftime Report: Bonnie 32- LMU-30 There are improvements but we still have major issues. The turnovers are extreme (13) and questionable defense early in the half. We were raking in the fouls (bonnies on the other hand paid the refs a little bonus ) and leaving many open shots. Things turned around to closeout the half. We held the bonnies for a 12-2 run. If we can keep things up we'll win. Starters were JZ, Deric, OJ, Deadwiler, and Diedrichs.

Our first competitive first half and a great run to close it out.
Still way too many turnovers, the refs are calling traveling very tightly.
