WCCBasketballExpert @expertwcc If Antonio Chol can help LMU recruit his fellow AAU teammate Osiris Grady then they would be one of the best teams on the west coast.
WOAH!!!!

Is Grady the young man making all the shots in the highlight video with Chol?

wow... that was fast. So he was committed for about 6 weeks? Also was listed as class of 2023, I guess he moved to class of 2022 as well. I guess you can assume he started getting interest from some of the bigger schools. Hopefully this didn't impact our recruiting efforts too much (e.g. we stopped recruiting another kid because of his commitment, and now have a much lesser change of getting that other kid to sign).

Well that is an absolutely shame. An athletic big with room to grow would have been the perfect addition that (imo) we are missing from the current/future squad.
With the dual hop to a new prep school + decommit I wonder if someone at the prep school whispered in his ear that if he came to play for them they can ensure they could get him to a "big-time" program.
Hope he reconsiders...

Too bad- seemed like a good recruit but I’m always hesitant when a recruit commits that far out. He is listed as a 2023 kid so he probably wanted to see what offers and interest he gets. I’m not worried we have a long list of very talented ‘22 and ‘23 recruiting targets.
