It looks like the "POLL" from "Should he stay or should he go" be unlocked are started a fresh at season's end. Sorry Dead3man, but you were DEAD wrong. Freedom of Speech rules in America. I think the issue is that when you've only really been following the program for two years, then you have no idea what has really been going on in the Husak tenure. Things may seem better if in involves your child having a role model patrolling the bench, but that doesn't equate to wins, recruiting, or leaving behind the laughingstock stigma. The bottom line was that the previous administration was so paranoid about the Hank fallout that they essentially blackballed the athletic program, to the point that they even disbanded the cheerleaders. Then, when Lawton arrived and finally wanted to get the program's act together, with the new logo package, he brought in a somewhat decent recruiting coach with terrible game planning and management in Aggers, only followed by what I've thus far observed to be an extremely mediocre recruiter who can't make mid-game adjustments and who looks resigned whenever the opponent goes on a run. We need a coach who can fill holes in the lineup, and who actually has passion and the ability to actually see where the opponent is beating us and remedy it. And we REALLY need an AD who actually can realize this.

We had that chance but we passed on Russell Turner for Tention because he was a "Pac-10 guy". Oops, guess we should give Husak a mulligan.

We need to desperately improve if we want to see LMU compete in the top tier of college basketball, which should be the goal of everyone. I agree with LMUpepbander in that Lawton needs to step up his game and make sure this program is on the right path.
