To All: As most of you know I do post on the board here and there and most know I'm Shawn's father. I have respect for every player, coach, alum, booster, administrator etc... I would appreciate you respect me. Don't throw my name around like its some piece of trash. As I beleive in every player on the team we all know change is coming and whatever it is we will move forward like the professional humans we are. No one says my son is going to the league or promoting him but I do as does my family support him.
We wish all of the kids the best and hopefully LMU will be a great team next year with the new coach and whatever players remain or go and the new players Coach Bayno chooses to bring in. Good luck, good hunting LMU Coaches and god speed to all the fans. We understand in life we may not be able to make everyone happy but as grown men and women we should at least respect individuals and there lives.

Seriously, I do not know why there are some posters trashing others especially young student athletes. This should be a time of happiness for lions fans. The school has shown commitment to athletics and we have a coach who has a very good pedigree. There will be a lot of rumors and changes in the next few months that will make a lot of people unhappy (or thrilled) and we should be able to discuss them without calling one another "trash", suicidal or criminals or whatever the sort of hyperbolic mudslinging that has gone on in the past 36 hours.

Well said Dead3Man!
Let's remember why these student athletes came to LMU - because they were invited.
I appreciate all their efforts for LMU.
