I'm pretty sure the "40" grade he earned on ESPN is just a standard grade given to those players who are not rated yet. There are a number of prospects with a 40 so we really have no idea how good Laron can be besides that he was all city. hopefully he will be a great addition to the team, and its real important he can play next year.

I emailed Rivals.com and they now have him listed as committed to LMU. Hopefully, they will find out more about him and give him some stars.

Not sure if any on the board opened The Los Angeles Times Sunday paper, but our man Laron Armstead was in the following article. He had about a half page spread.
