LMU is proud to host Double Pump, Inc. The company is the recognized leader in providing service-based products that specifically target collegiate athletics and the Grassroots Sports industry. The company was founded, in 1989, by brothers Dana and David Pump. The "Pumps" have forged a strong network of relationships with university athletic directors, college coaches and the youth basketball community. These contacts have enabled them to establish a basketball-specific sports community.
Double Pump utilizes their constituency network to conduct collegiate athletic searches, operate events that facilitate player recruiting, and host industry forums, which accommodate information exchange. The company also founded the Harold Pump Foundation, in 1999, to raise money for cancer research. Since its inception, the foundation has donated in excess of $2.5M to Northridge Hospital, its major benefactor.
