This past summer, Carter coached the Pump-N-Run Elite AAU team based in Los Angeles, Calif. Perhaps some recruits will follow Gabe to the bluff.

Interesting choice. Does not seem to have the wordly experience that the other hires bring. He has not held this position before - I would say it is the first one of Bayno's hires that surprises me a bit. He must have seen something not apparent in the resume. With what Bayno has done to date - I can only believe it will be good for our program.

Director of Basketball is a get-your-foot-in-the-door position. Coach Carter must have some nice AAU connections.

I mentioned in a post way below a few weeks ago to keep an eye on the Pump recruits. I'm sure you'll get your fair share from their AAU clubs.
