I had heard Kanne is coming back because he can play an extra year. Good for him. Don't know anything about QT.

I've seen Kanne in the gym so this makes sense. QT was close to OJ and Walker. Bad blood may have existed, I don't know, but I do know he is transferring.

Chris Kanne has decided to come back for a fourth and final season? Does he expect minutes? I guess if we have space on the bus it is nice to have Kanne back. He seems popular but I can't imagine he'll contribute anymore than he has in the past. fanblade, under the circumstance it is not shocking that QT decided to pack up. Good luck to him. Where can he go, D2?

Wow, this is interesting. Did he not pan out in summer league play? Did his grades hurt him? This is a real interesting turn of the table.
One thing I would like to say is I don't think any kid left because of loyalty to the previous Coaching Staff I think they just wanted a real chance to showcase their talents. With a coaching change the risk is high they will not because the new coach has to go get players he feels he can win with. With that being said the only person I read having a loyalty to Coach T was you guys top player last year Orlando Johnson but again I beleive from what I heard he gave it a try but still left.
Good luck Lions I still wish I could have seen some players that did leave stay and learn from Coach B so I could see the difference in there game under Coach B vs. Coach T.

Kanne will be attending grad school and returning for one more year.
Quentin is out and headed for a DII(?) program in Texas. With Dubois, Teel, Jenkins, Counts all possibly getting minutes at the PG position, there is NO place for him. Much like he did with others, Bayno made it clear, I'm sure.
By the way, we cannot announce Dubois' signing because SMU has already done so.
