Before I begin.....one more round of for our new coach Bill Bayno. I just have to say for many years, I have been following LMU Basketball and there was never been a time that I have seen our Director of Sports Medicine included on the "ROSTER" webpage. Keith Ellison has been with us for a long time, but never on the men's basketball "roster" webpage. Some of you on this board may say...what is the big deal? To me, this means and signifies a lot. The director of sports medicine/trainer impacts the team. Conditioning/monitoring the health of players. Why has he been absence on the men's basketball roster. He may have been mentioned on the media guide, but not on the website. These type of little things I am noticing. Bayno is slowing building us a LEGITIMATE PROGRAM. He is influencing our Athletics media/communications director to have people posted on the website. I LOVE IT. There has been no change in the director of Athletics media/communication, so I have to assume this change is being requested by our new blood. It is nice to see Cheers to Bayno and Co. I am a BAYNO BELIEVER. Find me in the crowd next year.....holding a sign "BAYNO BELIEVERS" lmulions.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/ellison_keith00.html

Wait, so the fact that the trainer gets mentioned on the website is somehow indicative of a "Legitimate Program?" Am I missing something or is this post actually this silly? But have fun with your alliterative sign, by the way.

But have fun with your alliterative sign, by the way. To clarify.....So many times in the past, LMU did not do the smallest things right. From details on the web to the press conference for Bayno, things seem to be running a hell of a lot better in the Athletic Communications area regarding men's basketball. I never reminder the website being updated in the middle of summer in prior years. Little details are getting taken care of in the proper manner. No loose ends. These little things make a difference. It is one part of the process in legitimizing our program.
