Out of every single division 1 team, yes even Houston Baptist, Winston Salem State and the like, we are now statistically the very worst team in the nation.
Two teams have 1 win. LMU and NJIT. (That's New Jersey Institute of Technology).
The Highlanders, NJIT, are 1-21.
LMU 1-22.
We hold this distinction until NJIT's game Tuesday.
Just absolute rock bottom.

I wonder if we can set up a head to head against NJIT once the seasons over. Might get some TV ratings. "Battle of the Bottom" they could call it. (well - maybe a less porno sounding title)
I would pay to see it - but then again I have season tickets so I pay to say ANYTHING.

And who did NJIT beat to get their only win of the season AND break an NCAA record 51-game losing streak?
Bryant College.
Oh the BITTER BITTER irony.

Speaking of records, Green, is it just my imagination or is the near-record low number of replies to your last two posts on 2/1 indicate that people are fed up with negativity and inaccuracy?
I'll second Iron - stop b*tching!

NOT NO MORE! LMU beat USD who beat UConn. (ok it was last year's tourney and Brandon Johnson is hurt), but hey six degrees of Loyola says we are #1 in the country. We are drinking the sweet champagne of victory to replace the sorrows in the rear view.
