The guys are back home! After a long series of away matches, the Zags visit on Friday. And after we watch the Peppers on Sullivan Field Saturday, the men play the Pilots Sunday.

We can't afford to look past the Zags 3-6-0 0-2-0 in our conference home opener. They are only carrying a half dozen upper class men but everyone in the WCC can be dangerous.
The Pilots 4-1-4 1-0-1 face the Toreros on Friday before coming up from San Diego. They are still ranked in most of the polls and this will be a big road weekend for them. They are led by a core of seniors including forward Luke Ryan who has five goals and keeper Austin Guerrero who sports a 1.2 gaa. He is listed in Top Drawers top 100 upperclassmen

Nice game today on a beautiful afternoon at LMU and Sullivan Field - 3-1 victory for the Lions. Good win for the Lions - scoring the first point, then tied, then scoring two more when Logan was moved up front to put his skills on offense. Ponce made a great cross and Artur finished with a header into the net on one finishing goal. The Lions are playing with some vigor and skill! Go Lions! See you Sunday against Portland.

Portland got by USD last night and are now 2-0-1 in conference. They are ranked #25 and it sets of Sunday's match as a battle for the top spot in the conference.
Go LIONS!

Two nice goals by Fernando! Great job by all the Lions all around. And good to see McDaniel back in the line up.
