The Ladies played a tough game last night in Portland and came out on the losing end. They played well but didn't have enough to score on a tough Pilot defense.
Now that Portland is out of the way its time to focus on the remaining 5 opponents in the WCC.

The Zags just beat Pepperdine and are waiting for the Lions. The Lions can't leave Spokane without a win.
The Zags are way down in the Massey ratings at 129. We are up there around 40 with USD. Time for a win if we want a chance at the tournament.

The Zags made a lot of noise this weekend with wins over both the Peppers and Lions. Post season hopes for both teams were damaged with the trip to the Northwest.
San Diego now looks as the favorite to earn the third berth for the WCC in the tournament. Top Drawer has dropped the Peppers out of the top 48 and replaced them with the Toreros.
The Lions need results this coming weekend and then again against Sta Clara and San Diego.
