LMU hasn't announced the womens soccer schedule but its posted on the monthly sports calendar. LMU opens at home on 8/13 against ASU and then travels to another PAC 10 power Cal the next weekend.
The Women only play conference foes once a year so have the opportunity for much more variety in match ups. This year its 13 non conference foes, including Denver 8/27, Tenn/ Martin 9/5, Notre Dame 9/12, Utah State 9/17, Penn 9/19, Arizona 9/24 and Fullerton 10/1 all at home.
The Lions will travel to Cal 8/20, Bakersfield 8/29, Utah 9/3 and N Arizona on 9/26. On 9/10 the Lions meet UCSB somewhere in LA on presumably a nuetral field.
The season starts in less than five weeks. Summer training camp can't be far off.
It looks like a tough schedule without any weak sisters, and a lot of challenging match ups from the git go.

ASU doesn't show up on the monthly schedule anymore and the website says the women open against Cal. I thought at first that the match against the Sun Devils fell through. I think last year an early season match with them also was cancelled. But it looks like the match with ASU will still be held on 8/13 on Sullivan Field. It will be played as a "practice/scrimmage game" and won't "count". My take on the game however is that everyone involved will be playing for real and it will be an opportunity to see the Lions on the field two weeks earlier than anticipated.
Arizona also is still on the schedule. They may be the weak sisters of the pack 10, but they have a new head coach and will be looking to make a new start and avenge last years loss to the Lions.
The big non conference match of the year of course will be Notre Dame on 9/12 at home.
