way better than last game. Other than gonzaga, and maybe byu, this might be the best team we play for the rest of the season. This game definitely restored confidence that we have it in us to be competitive and maybe be a top 5 team in league. But holy s*** all those dumb fouls, im sure that will be a focal point in practice. Good to see mornar play well, and I know tutu hasn't looked good but I would like to see him remain in the rotation

That game they should have won, i think the coach did a poor job on rotating the players in. he should have put Tutu in half way and pushed Brown to shoot 3's with Humphrey when they were hot. Brown played all 40 min as a pg, they should have changed it up for him to rest on the 3 line so he can shoot. i believe he was over worked shooting and playing point guard at the same time. Over all they played well but need to improve on the fouls and rebounding.

Quotation from their coach after the game talking about the new rules with fouls:
"Yeah, we have. We have done it from Day 1. Absolutely. We thought we’d worked on our press, and the way we broke (their press) was impressive, wasn’t it? We worked on that from Day 1 because we though teams would try to extend to slow the clock down. I though Emmanuel was terrific. 9 out of 10. Loyola played without their best player. These rules, that’s why I’m such a proponent against them. This young man, who we recruited, didn’t graduate from junior college in two years so he went back and got his associate’s degree and worked his tail off. He becomes Division I-eligible, and he was flat eliminated from that game and all the hard work he did to get into that game by ridiculous fouls. He didn’t deserve that, and I told him that after the game. One time he had his hands straight up, and I felt really bad for him. I feel really bad for these guys who did what he just did. Everything he did to get on to this court, and he might as well have not come. He shouldn’t have come. He should of stayed home. It’s sad.”

Oh and Larry did his thing at Iowa St coaching star player Marcus Fizer and NBAer Jamal Tinsley. After he got busted drinking at a college party, he rehabbed his career coaching Citrus College in Glendora. That set the table for future state titles . He knows the area well.
