Here's to a Lion victory tomorrow at the Orleans.
Just got back from the Orleans where I watched the Lions practice for an hour (NCAA rules). Obviously, there's no going too heavy before a game, but it was still fun. I love watching Coach Good in action. It looks like he's going to have an aneurysm at any moment, but I love the intensity.
He's wearing a new watch, don't know how long that one is going to last.
It's too bad all the size you have is on the sidelines. Looks like you guys are bringing in some horses next season (Garibay was there).
I liked the way your staff worked together. I'm not a huge fan of dictatorships when it comes to coaching. Good gives the assistants alot of room to do their jobs. I'm sure they like having that freedom and input.
I know times are rough right now, but I know there is a ton of optimism for the immediate future. On this squad, there isn't an over-abundance of talent obviously, but the effort is there from the players.
Check the Las Vegas Review Journal tomorrow morning, there should be a story in there by Steve Carp (lvrj.com).
I'd love to see the Lions end the season with some roar.

Thank you for the kind words, rebelfan.
You gave us the lowdown on Coach Good long before everything happened. You were dead-on regarding Good. I love how hard we are playing for him this year, and I can't wait to see us pressing and running next year!
