We are producing a documentary on the Lions basketball team during the 87-90 years. We are looking of home movies or still from the fans. Please contact us if you have any material you would like to share.

Sounds like an awesome project. I would love to help, but I was born between those years, so no home footage for me.

I do not have any home footage, but if your company comes across the Pep-LMU home game from Feb. 1988 in which the Lions defeated the Waves 142-127, I would gladly pay for a copy of it. The game was produced by a local cable company whose name is escaping me. LMU alums Terry Runzler and Mario Palladini were the broadcasters, and the highlight was the broadcast showing Corey Gaines vomiting while standing in the runaway going back to the locker room. Jim Harrick, once he realized the Waves were going to lose, got two technicals in the final minute, and Terry Mister hit all four free throws. I could go on and on.
The reason I haven't been able to find a copy is because the cable company had a big fire at their station in 1989, and the original film went up in ashes. If anyone taped the game, that is a gold mine, and I would pay.

I don't have any "home" footage but I do have a video from CBS of the LMU-Michigan record setting game in the NCAA regionals that I would be willing to share.

I have a few NCAA games of LMU on DVD around somewhere if that is helpful. Also I would suggest posting your company website or email so lurkers (those visitors who have yet to register or log in!) can contact you.
