Well I like RT and the staff and I think they are fully capable of getting us some wins but the players have to get it done. I'm not happy with losing and I like my Coach and the plays but we have to execute them. Tim will get better and we will get better but I'm not happy with losing right now because I think the talent RT has can win Right now!
Theres no coaching issue. Sorry I don't buy into that at all.

That's not what I said either. I never say or imply there is a lack of talent.
This is what I always say: If the team plays with intensity and heart we will win. You don't need talent to do that.
Basically, dead3man is saying the team doesn't run the play as designed, I am saying the team lacks intensity, and we both are saying the bigs are not getting it done.

well then wh is it not getting done?
How do you expect them to get intensity or heart? Do we just sit and wait on our hands until someone decides to play to win. I think the coaching staff needs to be accountable to the intesity and heart just as much as the players.

The coaching staff has to be accountable for the players performance and preparation. The coaching staff recruited the players as well. The coaches are accountable. We may have to put this one to a "poll" soon.

I always hold the players and coach responsible. Somebody has to keep this team motivated, if it didn't come from the players then the coaching staffs have to do it. How do I expect them to get intensity or heart? This cannot be any simpler. A great competitor will always find intensity in himself. When you want to win, your feet move faster, your eyes bigger, your D tougher....you don't even need to teach that.

IMO, St. Mary's bigs were just much more physical and stronger than our bigs. We've got to get stronger. Also, M Maynard played well in his limited time. Why hasn't he been playing more if the others are not getting it done?
