I think the "p" looks fine on the uniform mockups. What I don't like about it is that when it's all blown up (like on the webpage or that pic above) it looks sort of bizarre and not so interesting. Also doesn't really clarify what the heck a pilot is by just looking at this. I think I heard SMC is also going to redo their athletic logo.
