Dominick Harris
Hails from Murietta so his folks can watch him play. Known for his two-color shoes – one red, one blue. His brother is an NBA agent. His father is his trainer. He is a hard worker.

Very exciting signing. Game changer? Raising the standard - definitely. Such a signing from a top California (national) HS Program upgrades Coach Johnson's relationship with local top coaches. Hopefully plays into future recruiting from the broader So Cal HS network. Can we buy season's tickets yet?

I tried buying my season tickets too but no luck. They should strike while the iron is hot!

Harris Returns to Southern California, Signs With LMULOS ANGELES - Head Coach Stan Johnson has signed Dominick Harris to play for LMU men's basketball in the 2023-24 season. Already familiar with the West Coast Conference, Harris will transfer into the LMU program as a redshirt junior from Gonzaga University with three years of eligibility remaining. "Being from Southern California, LMU is home," said Harris. "The decision was very easy for me because the support from the coaching staff was remarkable, and I feel like we are cementing a relationship deeper than basketball. They are invested in me becoming a better individual on and off the court. Everything about the school is beautiful, and I can't wait to make an impact in the community. LMU, be ready! Lion Nation, let's take over the city and make a March Madness run!" Harris joins the Lions after three seasons in Spokane. The Murrieta, Calif., product was a star at Rancho Christian and played 25 games as a true freshman with the Zags before an injury kept him off the court for the entirety of the 2021-22 season. Coming home will be an opportunity for Harris to play in front of his family and friends and achieve new heights. "Dominick's best days as a player are very much in front of him," said Johnson. "He possesses tremendous talent. He's a high-level athlete vertically, who has a tremendous first step, and the ability to really shoot the ball. I am excited about the hunger that burns deep inside of him to help LMU win at the highest level. He brings so much versatility to our program. Dominick is not only a very good offensive player, but he has all the tools to be an elite defender. I love his character and the family he comes from. I can't wait to get him here." The Lions are coming off the program's second top-four season in the WCC over Johnson's three-year career. The schedule and ticket information for the 2023-24 season will be released when completed. lmulions.com/news/2023/5/6/mens-basketball-harris-returns-to-southern-california-signs-with-lmu.aspx

I could not be more excited about this. Dominick became our highest-ranked recruit in modern-day recruiting history. It's crazy that it is not being talked about as much. This kid possesses a high-level skillset and the ability to defend at a high level. Thanks, Stan and Staff!

Wow - had offers from UCLA, North Carolina, USC and Florida State coming out of high school.
Incredibly excited to see what this guy can do for us. Probably the highest ceiling of any recruit we've signed since I left school on the bluff in 2011.
Quite the get by Coach Stan.
Lets go Lions.

I hope that Harris turns out to be as good as the other guys in that headline picture! Let's hope that the coaching staff can get the most out of his potential.

Thanks golions I was wondering what happened with Chet Homgren He’s with Oklahoma City and was injured last season. He is only 19 and is still growing so it will be interesting to see what he does next season.

He’s been our best player. Is statistically one of the best shooters in the best shooters in the country. Yet, it feels like we aren’t holding up our end of the bargain with him. Can’t even get him enough touches, our staff lets guys look him off. With all that said, I am excited about conference. Could be all WCC First team. x.com/zachmilner13/status/1741560442290647317?s=46

The stat that stands out is that he only has 5 off-screen shots this season. He’s shooting 60% on those! You would think it’d be blatantly obvious to the coaching staff that the guy needs some screens. He should be getting 20+ points every game.

Another example of our terrible coaching and player utilization.
