The Wolfpack beat Washington (83-76) and creamed both Pacific (88-39) and Portland (108-83). They look to be a formidable team.
They play Montana before hosting the Lions on Saturday.

All in all, the Wolfpack represent our toughest foe this season to date.

Nevada places great rotational defense unlike the lions.
Our boys are having a tough time getting open looks.

I have to say I think individually we are more talented. But our lack of offensive schemes and defensive rotations is getting more and more glaring as the season wears on. Very frustrating as a fan.

Where is our coaching and Xs and Os?

Might have to start playing guys in the first half if they have 2 fouls. Can’t just automatically sit a guy for the rest of the half if he has two fouls

If we got points for committing fouls we’d have a nice lead. Nevada is a good team with quality players. But if we want to be a good team, we have to compete at this level.

And we’re not. Hard to believe we’re only down 8. But it could get out of hand. Don, Michael, Lamaj and Lars all have 2 fouls

The difference for Nevada on offense is that they have a couple 6’7” (or so) quality wings who can penetrate. This was a big roster hole we talked about during the last recruiting season that Coach Stan flat out didn’t address. We don’t have that on offense and have a hard time stopping teams that do have that position filled.
