Last season, the Anteaters had an excellent season but lost to Long beach State in the Big West tourney finals. They played in the NIT, where they lost to Utah. This season, they have seasoned players along with some talented youth.

Tonight’s game against Russell Turner’s squad will be the Lions’ first real challenge.
Hope our big men show up “big” tonight.

I’m OK with us dealing with a little adversity right now. Hopefully we grow from this, maybe even make a comeback in this game. Even a loss tonight will help us in the long run, compared to a 43-point victory on Monday

However, I still don’t understand why we don’t just dribble into the corner and throw the ball off someone’s leg out of bounds, with under eight minutes left in half, instead of wasting a second time. Now we only have two time outs left for the entire game.

Tbh I haven’t caught a ton of games over the past year. Having little ones will do that I guess. I’m hoping to catch more games this year… but woof this team is bad again. Raising the Standard is definitely on his last legs here. Nobody wants this job though. This is what you get. Max Good, Dunlap, Stan.. same things. Can’t even blame Bill Husak anymore.
