Bayno can't win them all, maybe I'm too optimistic, but I'm just happy that LMU is mentioned along with the BCS schools:

NU Men's Basketball: Huskers reportedly land Puerto Rican big man
BY LEE BARFKNECHT
WORLD-HERALD BUREAU
LINCOLN — Nebraska basketball coach Doc Sadler's yearlong, worldwide search for a big man may pay off after a push into Puerto Rico.
Jorge Bryan Diaz, a 7-foot, 220-pounder on the Puerto Rican junior national team, recently has been OK'd for the coming season by the NCAA Clearinghouse and has orally committed to the Huskers, a source close to the situation said Friday.
Work now is under way on admitting Diaz into NU. The Huskers have one scholarship available that was going to go to senior walk-on Paul Velander.
Diaz, who turns 19 in November, was born in New York and moved to Puerto Rico before grade school. He played for Puerto Rico in the 2007 Global Games, then in 2008 was on the winning team in the Puerto Rican junior championships.
Web site game reports indicate Diaz averaged 23 points, 18 rebounds and six blocked shots in the three-game championship series.
Last spring, South Florida and Hartford apparently were interested in Diaz before eligibility concerns slowed his recruitment.
Sadler, who can't comment on potential recruits, was among a cluster of Division I coaches seen watching Diaz in a Las Vegas summer tournament. Other schools reported to have shown interest include Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa State and Loyola Marymount.
Nebraska is still waiting for NCAA Clearinghouse approval for 6-11, 230-pound Christopher Niemann from Germany, who signed last November.
Sadler said Friday that a teleconference is set for next Thursday to discuss the eligibility of Niemann, who originally was scheduled to arrive in Lincoln today.
Niemann might wait as long as Sept. 4 to enroll, Sadler said, in order to give more time for the eligibility questions to be answered. The fall semester begins Monday.
