Excited to see you guys on the schedule. It would be great if one of the posters could drop by the www.littlerocktrojans.com board to give a run down on your team. UALR returns all the main players from last years 20 win team which won games over CUSA, WCC and WAC teams. UALR won the Western Division of the SunBelt but would have finished 4th over all in the SBC if the conference were one division. Middle Tennessee, South Alabama and Western Kentucky all would have finished ahead of UALR. USA and Western both went to the NCAA. UALR has a great schedule this year: @ Pepperdine @ Cal State Poly Rice ORU (4 year home and home) Louisiana Tech (5 year 3 for 2 for UALR) Creighton (2 for 1) Northern Ill Wright State @mo State (4 year home and home) LMU All other games are starting or finishing home and homes. UALR plays a pressing defense and has a couple of former SEC players are the focus of the offense in the form of a 280lbs center and a 6'7”pg. UALR has a strong post game which is a little out of place in a league dominated by guards.

Its hard to give a run down of our team. There is a new coaching staff and a so many new players. LMULIONS.com gives a good run down on the players that have joined. In sum, everyone is really excited about this new chapter in LMU basketball. Coach Bayno has brought in a lot of talent and we should be able to give UALR a good game.
The UALR players were really classy last year. They shook hands with our coaching staff and were never ****y even though the were beating us down. Here to a successful season to both our programs.

Steve Shields is an awful coach. Porter Moser was the man Steve's coaching style would fit better at a place he could recruit kids for his ball control offense. UALR is never going to be that place. Porter was more of a run and gun coach, which fit our kids better. Steve makes the kids think instead of just playing.
