Let me see. We've got 2 new head coaches, a freshly picked Pepp and LMU team, USF in shambles, Saint Mary's clinging to an Australian freshman, and Pargo's hairstylist. This could be a down year for the WCC  |

Myron Strong is also rumored to have jumped the USF ship. (my speculation) Jessie Evans will not be returning for the 2008-2009 season.

The program has taken some big hits...Evans might not even make it to the 2008-2009 season.

According to the Dons board, Myron Strong the one recruit the hoped to have suit up will not be admitted to USF. That is 0-3 for those of you keeping count. Additionally, one of their assistant also resigned...it is not certain if it related to the current state of affairs or his desire to pursue other opportunities.

You sure seem very concerned about USF. I assume it's because you want all WCC teams to do well and are concerned that USF is falling behind?

A quick review of the posts on this board show that "Alert2" posted virtually nothing of any substance unless it was about USF. And he clearly follows what happens at USF, as he displayed an excellent, detailed knowledge of our players and recruits. The constant rip jobs on USF have a certain signature of a Zag booster who does the same every chance he gets. On every board he can access. So go ahead and rip away Alert. Just know that you aren't fooling anyone.

I don't know about Alert...but I want USF to do well this season. I'm rooting for all our WCC programs to step it up make the conference more competitive. I think the Zags have been on top too long, and want the rest of the league to catch up.

I think a strong WCC is good, it will just make the games that much better, increase our visibility, etc etc. Of course what USF has experienced this off-season has been near catastrophic. Very sad not only for the WCC and athletics but for those personally involved in the bumps along the way.
