Wagner comes in at 2-1. Hopefully we come out with the win. Alot of hurt players, but I think our guys can rally around Bayno's absence.

rough loss. Notre Dame killed Indiana today. Its gonna be an up and down season. I am just hoping we get competitive soon against these types of teams. We have winnable games coming up.

Our next game is vs. UALR. They really smashed us last year. It will be another difficult game for us. I think I read that UALR leading scorer was suspended recently.

Check out the USA/Sagarin ratings. There isn't a game on the schedule at this time that does not have us as the decided underdog.
The program is snake-bit. We need an exorcist to get the post-Hank hex out of Gersten.

Yeah the yearly disasters are getting pretty old. Following this team wholeheartedly has become akin to adopting a terminally ill puppy. In your heart you think they’re going to get better, but all along you know something horrible is going to happen. Although right now, I might have opted for the puppy, in retrospect. Next year…who knows. Maybe I’ll just slam my head in the door a few times, do the hokey pokey, turn myself and around and call it good. But hey, I’ll always be a Lions fan…even if it eventually kills me. I suspect my life has already been shortened a few weeks due in part to this semi-irrational fandom. Why stop now?
