Thanks dadog - however, with the signing of Jordan Bell, it looks like a long shot for Aleks now unless we drop another current player from the roster. It could happen but I don't see it right now. I think you are right about the preference between Delaware and LA.

No problem. Looks like Marshall has now entered the picture as well for Novakovich.

Gach’s connection with Buoy Tuach was/is our only hope of landing someone of his caliber drawing interest from high major conferences. Let’s hope that it can still work out.

Shamar and Tuach just visited with CMD too, so good to see he keeps a good relationship with some alumni, especially Tuach for reasons stated above.

PG Bateman - Allen - Quintana SG McClendon - Gipson SF Douglas - Johansson - Apiliev PF Scott - Williams - Bell C Herman - Markusson
I count 13 guys. Is there somebody else that hasn't announced they are leaving? Or is Dunlap trying to find a replacement for somebody deep on the depth chart before he kicks them out?

Thanks Hootevers We were speculating who would go from the current team if we found and signed a "better" player (that is assuming no one else intends to leave the team on his own choosing.)

Santa Clara stocking up on talent with three transfers, one from Kentucky. SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's basketball has added two more forwards to its recruiting class with the addition Tai Wynyard from the University of Kentucky and Josh Martin from Cal Poly. Wynyard, a 6-foot-10 product of New Zealand played for the Wildcats for the past two seasons. Last season, he appeared in eight games before a back injury cost him the rest of his season. As a freshman, Wynyard played in 15 games. During his redshirt freshman season, he played for his native New Zealand at the 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup and averaged team highs in points (13.8) and rebounds (9.2) while playing in six games. "We are thrilled to welcome Tai Wynyard to our Santa Clara Family," head coach Herb Sendek said. "Tai distinguished himself playing for the New Zealand National Team, and now, joins us from the University of Kentucky. His abilities to score, pass, rebound, and defend should add great value to our future teams." Martin played his freshman year at Minnesota before transferring to the Mustangs. With the Gophers, he appeared in seven games in 2014-15. In his first year with Cal Poly, Martin appeared in 21 games and made eight starts while averaging 6.1 points per game. He finished the season with a pair of double-doubles and five double-digit scoring games. Last season, Martin appeared in five games before sustaining a season-ending injury and redshirting the year. In his shortened season, he set a career-high twice with 17 points and grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds at Pepperdine. "We are so excited to welcome Josh Martin to our Santa Clara Family. Josh, who will be eligible to play this upcoming season, joins us from Cal Poly," Sendek said. "The Broncos will benefit from his experience, toughness, and versatility. He impacts winning on both ends of the floor, as well as on the glass." Wynyard and Martin join two other spring additions - DJ Mitchell, a 6-foot-8 forward who transferred from Wake Forest, and Zeke Richards, a 6-foot-11 forward who signed a national letter of intent. Juan Ducasse (Montevideo, Uruguay), Keshawn Justice (Madison, Wisc.) and Trey Wertz (Charlotte, N.C.) signed in the fall and will be true freshmen in 2018-19. santaclarabroncos.com/sports/m-baskbl/2017-18/releases/20180517noymhb
